Coating Method "IMARI Coating"
After hardening, it can be used in water and seawater! A coating process that adapts to various environments.
The "IMARI Coating" is a painting method that primarily uses a special resin called polyurea, which has excellent properties such as impact resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, waterproofing, and rust prevention. It can be coated over various materials including metals, plastics, fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP), concrete, and wood. Polyurea is synthesized by mixing two components: isocyanate and polyamine. 【Features】 ■ Resin created by reacting polyisocyanate and polyamine in two components ■ Environmentally friendly resin as it does not use solvents ■ Fast reaction speed allows for shorter work times compared to conventional coatings ■ Flexibility and strength maintained within a temperature range of -50°C to 120°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
